  • Do you guarantee your services?
    Yes! Our absolute guarantee is that you’ll receive top quality service. If you’re not happy you will not pay full price.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Tues-Sat 11am-8pm Sun-Mon Closed
  • How do I schedule my appointment? Can I schedule an appointment online?
    You can request an appointment online here. You can also schedule your appointment VIA text message. If there’s an urgency please feel free to call. .
  • Do you give discounts?
    Yes! We have a referral program that offers a 25% off discount off of your next service for every client you bring in. (Excludes chemical services) 4 referrals will give you a FREE service.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel at anytime on weekdays (Tues-Thurs) A 24 hour notice will be needed on the weekend (Fri- Sat) Same day cancellation on the weekend ($20 fee will be assessed)
  • Do you allow children in the salon/spa?
    Yes! Children are allowed as long as they are not disruptive to any salon services.
  • Do you accommodate late arrivals?
    Yes! As long as you arrive 15 minutes or less after your appointment time. Any longer will cut into the next client’s appointment and you will be asked to reschedule.
  • Can I contact you if I have any additional questions?
    Yes! Feel free to leave any message VIA text message, online or any urgent messages please call during business hours.
